Booking policies

A few gentle guidelines so every client enjoys the best possible experience.

Scheduling & Late Policy

Some services require a deposit at booking, applied toward your total. Cancellations or reschedules within 6 hours (barring emergencies) incur a 30% fee. Please arrive on time — if you're more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened and a rescheduling fee may apply.

Health Policy

Please stay home if you're feeling unwell or have cold, flu, or contagious symptoms — your appointment is easily rescheduled once you're better. Strict sanitation is followed before and after every client, and hand sanitizer is available on arrival.

Refund & Payment Policy

All forms of payment accepted, plus Buy Now, Pay Later (Affirm / Klarna). Services are non-refundable as time and products are reserved for you — if there's ever a concern, reach out within 48 hours and we'll make it right. Retail may be exchanged or refunded only if defective or unused in original packaging.
